Sources of Hesperidin: –
Bioflavonoids are extracted from citrus fruits. Consuming lemons and oranges help you get hesperidin and other bioflavonoids in your diet; the membranes and peel contain the highest concentration.
It can also be found in bilberry, plums, apricots, and grapefruit. Green and yellow peppers and broccoli also contain the Hesperidin. Whole grains like buckwheat also contain this chemical.
